Mr. M. Sivapalan (Vaman Sir)’s Commemoration Ceremony -2012

A preliminary meeting was held on 25/12/2011 at 9.30am At Vipulananda 

Central College to discussthe plans to conduct the commemoration ceremony of

 Mr. M.Sivapalan (Vamansir).

 2003 A/L Social Association has come forth to conduct this event with the  the participation of the stdents of vaman sir
